First go to the placeYou Want To Take The Pic.

Now Press The Button On Your Key Board That says Print screen and then under that it says Syrq.

Now Go to paint and go to the top and go to the box that says edit, and then paste and then cut out the part you want. 

Ok as soon as you do that save it and save it as a png picture file.

Upload the pic to your wordpress by clicking browse and look for the pic that you made and where you saved it and then click upload.

Now Click the send to editor button and it should go into the post.(make sure you put the size you want it)
